Authorized Laerdal Global Health Distributors
To make our solutions more accessible worldwide, we’ve partnered with several authorized distributors who can provide local access to our products. When this option is available in your country, we strongly recommend purchasing through one of our authorized distributors for a smooth and reliable purchasing experience. Thus, orders placed via our webshop for countries with an authorized distributor will be redirected to the relevant distributor.
Please note that we only have Laerdal Global Health distributors in countries eligible for non-for-profit prices (see more information here). For procurement to countries not eligible for non-for-profit prices, products can be purchased through our sister company Laerdal Medical.
Why Distributor Prices Differ from Webshop Prices
The prices listed on our webshop are intended for customers in countries without an authorized distributor. These prices cover only the product itself, with collection from our manufacturing sites in China or Norway.
Customers ordering directly from the webshop are responsible for all additional costs, including freight, duties, and taxes required to deliver the products to their final destination. This means the actual cost will be higher than the base product prices listed on our websites.
What Distributor Pricing Includes
When you purchase through a local distributor, their pricing reflects all costs involved in delivering products to your country, including:
- Export and import fees
- Freight and logistics
- Applicable duties and taxes
These costs are part of getting products to the destination and would apply whether you order directly or through a distributor. The difference is that distributors handle these steps for you, providing a complete solution.
Procurement through UN partners
We have global distribution partnerships with both UNICEF and UNFPA. For customers that are eligible to procure through these UN agencies (UN, governments, NGOs and not-for-profit organisations), this is often a good and cost effective option.
